HRIS - ABRA, ADP or Employease
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We are looking for feedback on the ADP or Employease HRIS systems. Would like to move to a self-service, internet or intranet based product.
We are currently on ADP payroll for windows and use ABRA

Perhaps I can help as well. SpectrumHr is a national provider of outsourced HR services. We offer a fully web enabled solution with a completely integrated Human Resources Management System as part of the standard package. For startups and young companies, who must try to attract and retain key employees to their business, we often become their most important service vendor.
Our basic value proposition is this. A company worries about the core competencies of their business, and outsources whatever is not. In our case, outsource everything HR to Spectrum. They will reduce dealing with 5 to 11 different vendors(payroll service, WC Comp carrier, vendors/brokers for medical, dental, vision, life, ltd, std, HR legal advice, etc,) down to one. Most importantly, the data for all the above now resides in one place, for immediate access to financial reporting, personnel info, etc. (I can provide you access codes to the HRMS for a test drive) With multiple vendors, there is no option for any integration of this data aside from a manual process. In regards to our benefit programs there literally is something for everyone and the costs overall are fantastic. A company could offer all plans, or some combination, depending on the amount of financial exposure they want to assume. (I can forward specific data if you like) Most importantly, the rates are for 18 months, not 12, a scenario virtually unheard of in the industry. This is a tremendous financial advantage to startups in regards to cost containment for such a long period of time. In addition, our benefits programs are the same in design and cost, state to state, a very significant point to note for companies with multi-state employees. Thanks for your consideration. Have you looked into MyHRIS by NuView (www.nuviewinc.com)? They have an HR and Benefits application which is very user friendly. Also available is mss, ess and applicant tracking. Their product also comes with an ADP payroll interface so that would not be an added expense for company. If you are interested, you can contact me at (800) 782-1210. |
