We are a multi-state organization of @ 500 employees. We are looking to consolidate our payroll with ADP's Web based solution. I believe this is a fairly new product. Is anyone familiar? I am also looking at their HRIS product that is web based. Is it user friendly? What about report writing abilities? Any information is appreciated - positive and negative. Thanks!!!

I know you didn't ask for suggestions but if you are looking for an integrated HRIS for payroll and HR. You might want to think about Mangrove Software (www.mangrovesoftware.com). They have free web-demos and you can always ask if it can be integrated with the system you already have. I know they havean integrated system with payroll, Human Resources, ESS, Recruitment and Benefit. As for report writing. They have over 400 reports. Very detailed. One of the things i liked was that there are wizards for open enrollment for the ESS and employees can actually change information and request time off through the ESS system. Very cost effective and user friendly.

MyHRIS by NuView has a web-native HRIS as well which interfaces with ADP's payroll product. MyHRIS is available for rent or purchase. Feel free to contact me at (800) 782-1210 or check out NuView's website at www.nuviewinc.com

We currently use ADP for processing our hourly, salary and puerto rico payroll. They do a pretty good job. However, I will give you some words of caution. We've experience many time when the ADP client services rep. will only give you a portion of the information you need - Assuming you know the rest of the steps of the process. The result is your payroll runs with some errors. They will not offer any type of advice on how to handle certain deductions and/or earnings. Referring you to your payroll accountants or legal counsel. The report writing capability is pretty good. However, some data is limited to the employees current system. Example, if an employee is assigned to department 1 but works overtime for department 2 unless you pay for a specialized report. The report will list the employees overtime in department 1 since that is their home department. Hopefully, this review was helpful to you.
