We interested in creating the case for justifying a HRIS acquisition. We are looking for real life information on the payback (both hard and soft costs) for: HRMS, ESS, Payroll etc. We are an 850 employee organization. We do not have this budgeted for (which is why we are seeking ROI) and would like to put something in place within the next 2-3 quarters. If you have used a format that you feel would be helpful, or have documentation that you can share it would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact me directly at cjsinclair@wi.rr.com
Thanks in Advance. CJ |

Try looking at this website for the ROI calculator. ,....http://www.alinean.com
Do you have an idea of which system you'd like to go with. A good one, which you might want to look into is Mangrove Software, Inc (www.mangrovesoftware.com) they have an awesome HRIS all integrated Payroll, HR, ESS, Benefit and Recruitment system, and very cost effective. You can also decide when thinking about an HRIS what would be more cost-effective an ASP model hosted or on-site. Mangrove does both. They also have free web-demo's and that way you can see what they have to offer and where it can save money and time. If for nothing else at least you could compare with other systems. Maybe if you can an idea of which system and the pricing you could sell it to the superiors that way. having researched various systems etc. Good luck! |
