I recently completed an HRIS implementation (Canadian product called SuperHR) for a 1000 employee company (including development of Payroll interface and migrating data of an acquired company into the HRIS). I would like to transition into Peoplesoft/SAP implementation roles but am having a hard time without the expertise on these platform.
I am wondering if anyone would have any recommendations for me. I have looked into the peoplesoft academy training but feel it is too expensive and am reluctant to go through it at my own expense without a reasonable assurance of a project upon completion.
FYI - I have over 10 years functional experience - in Recruiting, Compensation, HR Strategy, Employment Equity; have had some training on SQL and SAP ABAP.
