I am looking for responses from other HR people who have experience with any of the following products: NuView, Spectrum, Employease, and Abra Online. I do not need any responses from sales people, since I am already speaking with representatives from all of those companies.
We have ADP Payexpert and want to integrate and I could use any input to help us make a decision.

We use Spectrum's HRVantage and have been very happy with it. We use ADP for our payroll and run the link from HRVantage to ADP. Please feel free to email me directly if you have specific questions.

There are many good HR software packages out there and the selection process is key. We are not a vendor but a consulting firm that has a structured process supported by a database for the selection phase. Isolating your needs and critical requirements we load all the informatin into a database which generates a report identifying those systems that most closely match your needs (minimizing the amount of customization you'll be facing). Once you see the comparison reports of all systems you decide which ones to investigate further through a dog and pony show. We recommend - you decide. We have been using Spectrum's HRVantage since 1995. Spectrum HRV has grown with us and actually helped me keep the HR department lean and efficient. In 1998 we started using Ceridian Payroll and Spectrum has a great interface. I also looked at ABRA software in 1995, but found it to be less user-friendly. HRV is a MS-Access program so it is very customizable at the user level.

Hello.

I saw your posting regarding your company using Spectrum HRVantage. We are currently looking at having a link between iVantage and ADP. What types of audits and/or preparation do you recommend prior to the interface?
