Timekeeping Software (Simple)

I am looking for timekeeping software for use in tracking time for non-exempt employees. I am not looking for anything with lots of bells and whistles, really just something that allows the employee to punch in/out, and can calculate total time for us and print a report. We are currently using TimeClock Lyte, and have been happy with the program so far, but are quickly finding out that their customer service/support leaves a lot to be desired (we had a program problem last Wednesday that prevented us from running payroll data through the program, and have tried to contact them everyday since then, but still have not received any answer, which is TOTALLY unacceptable!) Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

A system that we highly recommend is Unitime Time & Attendance. It might be more than you are looking for, but you can learn more about it by visiting www.unitime.com
