HRIS manager responsibilities

We are in the process of implementing a new PeopleSoft HRIS. We are trying to identify staff/team member roles during our project and after we have completed the project. Does anyone that uses PeopleSoft have either job descriptions or role assignments for their staff? Also any idea on salary ranges for the HRIS manager and coordinator? This seems to be a hard range to find.
