HRIS interface with SAP
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We are a company looking to replace our present (Best/Imperativ) system to one with more features. One requirement is that the system must easily interface with SAP. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would look at Mangrove Software. Their web site is www.mangrovesoftware.com

They provide a HRIS system with integrated Payroll, HR, ESS, MSS, benefits and recruitment.

I know their system interfaces with SAP for the General Ledger.

They also provide free web demo's. And I believe their # is 813-222-0066.

Hope that helps.

If you are using the SAP HRIS and looking for ESS and benefits administration and communications type functions that integrate with the SAP I can suggest 2.

For content, benefit communications, life events, handbooke and/or employee portal Enwisen has a great product/service.

For ESS, enrollment and administration that integrates with SAP, BISNet has great product and is integrated.

FYI, I work for BISNet, however I try to be objective when responding to any post.

Have a look at MyHRIS by NuView. It is a complete HRIS package (HR, Benefits, Recruitment and Succession Planning with Employee and Manager Self-Service). Completely web-native, you can access the system from anywhere as long as you have internet access (and your server security allows this). You can review their product at www.nuviewinc.com or call them for an online at 800-244-7654.

If you are using an SAP back end, I would highly suggest that you use OpenHR for the web. They work specifically with SAP HR and their solution is phenomenal. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions.
