HR Vision is an analytical application supported by a data warehouse for HR. It easily integrates across multiple platforms including Oracle, SAP and Peoplesoft. Access to external data sources such as Census Data, BLS and macro-economic data is easily integrated as well. The application is designed to compliment HRIS's by applying business intelligence, query, reporting, metrics including benchmark data, HR Scorecard and data mining analytics. The data mining allows the user to predict groups of employees as well as individual employees who are most likely to leave the organization. Other analytical applications are designed to analyze employee satisfaction results with turnover, performance and retention. |
