PerfectSoftware's hr Windows vs. ADP's HR Perspective
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We have 300 employees and are looking for a new HRIS system. The one we have now is being discontinued. We currently run our payroll through ADP, but are not necessarily looking to interface with ADP.

I do not have any PeopleSoft feed back, but I have always been a huge fan of ADP. However, when I worked for a company that added Perspective it honestly drove away the entire HR staff and really aggravated the payroll staff. There were about 500 employees and the integration and implementation was so complex we all lost it. It drove a wedge between HR and Payroll because of ownership issues that left payroll feeling like they had lost half of thier responsibilities and HR feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was the worst ADP experience I could ever have imagined.
Good luck.

Take a look at the entire picture. Paychex Preview with HROnline is very strong. Also, likely to be much less expensive than anything from ADP.

Just curious, not trying to be offensive, to those that are promoting their own company software on this thread, are you actually HR Managers for your software company or sales/marketing reps?

We have just gone through a complete RFP for new Time and Attendance, HR and Payroll.

We had a tough decision between the new Kronos and Ultimate Software.

We went with Kronos, but I would recommend looking at both of them.
