I am not sure what you mean by "push a button" to create a job description, but if you want an online system to create a job description in minutes and simultaneously evaluate it, you may want to look at enCompassing Visions. This software will also produce Job Postings and Selection Interview Guides, as well as integrate Performance Appraisal, Training and Development and Succession Planning. It's very user-friendly.
