Compensation Software
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We are looking into purchasing software for administrating our compensation review process. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have used iQuantic's iQ2M comp tool for Focal (rating only as we had no salary increases this year) and quarterly performance assessment (this drives the quarterly bonus distribution).
Our managers really liked using the tool. It's web-based and hosted on iQuantic's servers (ASP). This was great for our sales and consulting management who are in the field. It has Submit/Approve-Deny functionality which requires that the lower level manager be communicated with if his/her input is questioned (rather than allowing the higher level manager to just over ride the entry).
I know that Network Associates used the tool for their Focal process and were very pleased also (this is how we heard about the tool).
If it sounds of interest to you, let me know and I can send you a contact name at iQuantic.
