Until now I also was an independant HRMIS consultant for 0ver 7 years. Current an SAP HR 4.6.d implementation rolled out for the ministry of transport. I know ORACLE 11i and I agree it is an excellent solution.
You must understand that if a company has made a choice for an ERP system, in our case PeopleSoft, yhe chance that they will dispose of it for another ERP system is nearly zero, because of earlier investments in software, resources and training/development.
