My company is planning to implement e-HR by Oracle version 11i, minus Oracle Payroll and Oracle Finance. Was wondering if anyone has the experience of implementing Oracle HR 11i? Any pitfalls to watch

My company is planning to implement e-HR by Oracle version 11i, minus Oracle Payroll and Oracle Finance. Was wondering if anyone has the experience of implementing Oracle HR 11i? Any pitfalls to watch out? Bugs to take note? Incompatibility to be aware of? Problems to solve?
