We are in the retail business with 1354 employees and we are growing rapidly.
I have gone through many reading materials about HRIS & HRMS but was not able to identify the best system that will meet my company's needs. We are looking for a system that is easy to use, comprehensive and secured.
If you could help me I would be grateful.
Regards

Check out MyHRIS, our award-winning HRIS product suite for small to large companies. Our modular system lets you select the capabilities you need now and add other modules as you grow. We offer both direct purchase and hosted (per emp, per month) options. See www.nuviewinc.com for additional information.

We have a HRIS Selection Checklist which may be of assistance to you in your review & selection of a new HRIS system. You can down load it from our website (www.dresserassociates.com) or email and we can send it to you.
I would suggest that you look at Best Software's Abra Suite. We work closely with Best Software & are currently putting Abra HR/Payroll in a retail operation that has over 1200 ees & multiple locations. If you would like information let us know.

Hi!!!

Look at HRVantage - it's a system based
on Microsoft Access and it's easy to install.
It can also be networked easily.

If you have other questions - you can contact me at K-N-A-R-F@usa.net

Thanks & Have a GREAT Weekend!!!

I think that most of HRMS keep us behinde because they didn't find the way to computerise the more complex duties we have. All HRMS are technically sofisticated but professionaly backwords.
I look for HRMS that could go about changing HR brand identity from reactive to proactive, from tactical to strategic, from conservative to innovative, from "people people" to "business people," and from a cost center to a corporate contributor to the bottom line.
