Our company uses ADP to do our payroll. Currently we use hand written timesheets, as everyone is on salary. We would like to switch to timekeeping software, something that is EASY EASY EASY to use!

Our company uses ADP to do our payroll. Currently we use hand written timesheets, as everyone is on salary. We would like to switch to timekeeping software, something that is EASY EASY EASY to use!
If anyone out there can vouch for a easy to use, software product, I would greatly appreciate it! We only have 41 employees at our office. thank you |

If you only have 41 employees use the standard dfatabase that comes with ACCESS form Microsoft. I used this during my last two years as consultant. Thank you for your suggestion, however my boss really wants to get software. He wants everyone to be able to log in and log out on their own computer, and wants to see computer generated reports .
So... if you or anyone knows of any good software timekeeping products, I'd appreciate their names. Thanks ! |

My company also uses ADP for our payroll, we use a software called Etime that ADP offers for small businesses. The software is easy to setup and the client service people are great. It is an electric time clock that is hooked to your computer. Each employee has his own card to swipe and then you download the information into your computer and adjust it as required. You can then upload it to your ADP payroll software and send it right off to ADP. If you go to their website ADP.com they have info on it. |
