Hi,
I'm a young graduate who desire to take a career in HRM but is looking for a desirable organisation in both my country,Nigeria and elsewhere in other part of the world.
I'm presently in the HR unit of a wireless private telecom company in Nigeria.The little time I've spent there has really given me an insight into HRM and a passion for HRM but I need a more challenging organisation that can develop and exploit my potentials to the fullest and this can benefit my home country a great deal in HR Management because most companies here lack efficient HRM which has resulted in terrible industrial and labour cises so many times.
Can anyone help?I'd be grateful and promise to perform my duties with all my abilities.
I studied English Language with a second class and I have the ability to learn fast with little or no supervision,hard working,can cope under pressure and honest.I can work in any part of the world including my country, Nigeria.
