Did you purhcase a salary planning system yet? If so, would you be willing to provide me the information and your feedback on it's performance. I am in your same situation, overwhelmed with excel spreadsheets.

I havbe been reviewing market for past 12 months. Basic problem is this...Sqalary Planning (Market modelling included) and salary delivery (year round or focal point reviews) modules are not delivered by any one vendor in a single integrated package. So...the split is this...check out www.link-hrsystems.com for fantastic market and staff modelling software and look to AIM or Workscape for ASP or in house delivery tools.....Kadirir is also excellent...but prices itself too high.
