Hi Chris:
You may want to look into a software company called HR Technologies(www.hrscope.com). I recently had the opportunity to be an attendee for a webinar they hosted. I must say I was very impressed! Hope this helps! Regards, S |

Chris;
I would strongly urge you to contact Integrated Performance Systems here in Illinois (by the way, I am NOT a spokesperson or salesperson for them). In my Corporate life, we used them extensively, and they have worldclass products and services. Their software is extremely flexible and very capable of handling your four requirements. I think you will find that their price is right as well. The person to contact is Mike Ward (you can use my name as an intro) at (847) 836-1800 x250, mward@ips-inc.com. Their website is http://www.ips-inc.com. Best of luck! Bob Fulton Managing Director The Pathfinder's Group, Inc. (630) 579-8815 rfulton@wideopenwest.com |

For an impartial overview of HR systems, I would recommend the reports from HR Census (http://www.hrcensus.com/SPmain.html).
I have no interest in HRcensus, but I believe the information they provide is reliable. I do have an interest in skills management software firm InfoBasis (www.infobasis.com), but I wish you all success with your chosen provider. |
