Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
My firm is in the final stages of selecting a time management system. We've narrowed our search to three vendors (Workforce, Cybershift and Kronos) and would like the opportunity to speak with anyone

My firm is in the final stages of selecting a time management system. We've narrowed our search to three vendors (Workforce, Cybershift and Kronos) and would like the opportunity to speak with anyone who has gone "live" with one of these systems within the past 12 months. If you'd be willing to share your experience with our selection/implementation team, please e-mail me with your contact information.

Thanks!

Consider evaluating the following product: http://www.intellectconsulting.com/site/Products/ITTOverview.aspx Considering you narrowed down your search to above solutions, it might fit your needs perfectly at a lower price.

It may be too late but if it is not the case you should look at ulyS from ulySoft. ULYSOFT has the best Scheduling, T&A and Labor Management System. Time and production information capture via swipe stations. On-line interpretation of complex labor rules at swipe time as well as the scheduling process. It is the most advanced labor scheduling ever. Easy to manage employee moves including crew changes. You can manage the entire company employees. It also manages a multitude of time banks. On-line interfacing with HOST , it generates gross pay to Legacy, ERP or any NET PAY Provider. Go to www.ulysoft.com

We're in the process of evaluating, too, and we knocked Kronos out of the running. Their past customer service issues were just too great for us. BTW, I love all these people who posted telling you to look at their systems after you specifically said you'd narrowed your selection.

We have just started implementing Kronos Timekeeper, HR and Payroll. We got very good reference checks on service. Hopefully we will not have issues as the previous poster appears to have had.
