We are currently reviwing new HR and T&A systems and I am looking for a way to look at ROI in more "hard" numbers.

I have looked at the white papers on various vendors web sites plus I have done calculations on % of payroll using the industry standards theories, but my CFO wants to know what he will see in hard numbers what the savings are.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone investigating time keeping systems might want to check out Trillium's Time & Attendance Symposium. It's really an intensive seminar with six vendors giving demos. It's a time saver and you can really grill the vendors - not the typical, rah-rah' of other such events.
