I am quite familiar with ADP's products, and I can assure you the upgrade and transition to HR Perspective is a smart one. It's leading edge technology in the industry. Here is some of the basics about HR Perspective....

Functionality: a powerful decision making tool that makes human resources, payroll and benefits information instantly available to employees and managers through a web-based self-service solution.

Benefits:  24/7 employee access to wage, deductions, benefits, dependent and beneficiary information, completely integrated with pc/payroll, allows supervisors direct access to information about their workgroups allowing faster decision-making, distribution of important policies, news, and information to employees. Also facilitates routine inquiries and administrative tasks and helps organizations focus on its strategic functions.

Leigh,

I think your opinion is a little biased since you work for ADP.

Mike,
I may be biased since I work for ADP, but I was merely supplying facts about the system. He asked if anyone knew anything about the product, and I am well versed in all ADP applications.
No need to be negative about my knowledge.

We have been using HRPerspective (May 01) and ESS (Aug. 01) for almost 3 years now. We have 500 employees looking to 600 at year end, so are growing. Previously we were on ABRA and we moved to ADP as we have ADP PC Payroll. It is better than ABRA was, however, still some things that do not work as smoothly as we would like. For example, benefits deductions, as we are on a cafeteria plan, and each employee gets a 'bucket o bucks" each month, which depednign on their benefits elections is a different amount. Due to how our benfits work, we are tracking a manual spreadsheet to determine how much we need to put in for each employee for their bucket, and then entering into HR/Perspective; so dual data entry.
