Ceridian offers an internet based recruiting solution that features candidate self-service functionality for updating profiles as well proactively sending new jobs to applicants. It also has seamless outlook integration.

Check out OpenAir, I used them at my last position and found them a good solution for easy to use applicant tracking and staff loading. They integrated pretty well.

Try ProHire.com. I implemented this web-based system and it works quite well. I believe it runs about $100/month. A very comprehensive tool. |

The most important thing that is missing out from all the softare is that it lacks the process, also tconversion ratio is in the range of 70%. Hence a lot of Man houres are meed to get a fully compiled CV with all the details in the correct places. In fact due to this lacuna we had to re invent the wheel and have invested a lot, and I mean a Lot of money in developing a new application which has the features what we need.
