We are pursing the idea of having our applicant data from our on-line employment application be imported into ADP HR Perspective.

The current process is an applicant goes to our web site and fills out an applicant and submits it. That application goes to HR as a Word attachment. The application is then printed and manually entered into HR/P.

We would like to avoid that dual entry, as we will process over 4100 applications in 2003.

If you have experience with this, let me know. kimberli.malecha@midwestwireless.com

Kim -- NuView's Applicant Tracking module automatically reads electronic resumes sent to your department, or those posted from your web site, to create an applicant record, automatically parsing key fields from the resume such as name, address, education, skills, etc. - eliminating the keying process. This module also provides a ranked listing of best matches to requisitions, and generates your EEO reports. Visit www.nuviewHR.com

HireAbilitys ALEX can solve this problem for you!
ALEX operates behind the scenes to identify information (written and implied) in a résumé quickly, and store that information into HRIS and applicant tracking systems or other résumé databases. This functionality enables you to process the multitude of résumés received daily, and more quickly identify and process qualified job applicants. The cost saving will be immediate!
