The current process is an applicant goes to our web site and fills out an applicant and submits it. That application goes to HR as a Word attachment. The application is then printed and manually entered into HR/P. We would like to avoid that dual entry, as we will process over 4100 applications in 2003. If you have experience with this, let me know. kimberli.malecha@midwestwireless.com |

Kim -- NuView's Applicant Tracking module automatically reads electronic resumes sent to your department, or those posted from your web site, to create an applicant record, automatically parsing key fields from the resume such as name, address, education, skills, etc. - eliminating the keying process. This module also provides a ranked listing of best matches to requisitions, and generates your EEO reports. Visit www.nuviewHR.com |
