We are in the process of evaluating time systems. Is anyone currently using Qqest or Infotronics? We have one more demo to see then we will narrow down to our top 3 (which include the ones stated above) and invit several employees who will be using it the most to further evaluate our choices. Looking for feedback on customer service, user-friendliness, etc. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

Lisa

Generally, we like Time America's solution. If heavy scheduling is required, a company called Smart Links (it might be Lynx or something like that, I can't recall), has a beautiful Windows based system with incredible scheduling capability for hospitals, etc. Just a couple of ideas. Cheryl

We are currently installing Kronos, Time and Attendance, HR and Payroll. I have also used Info-tronics in past lives and it was a good solution (back in mid 90's). Had we just been looking for T&A I wouyls have looked at Info-tronics also.
