Unfortunately, I have been put on a VERY tight budget. My superiors have nixed programs as low as $275.00. I have told them to beware, you get what you pay for but it has done nothing to open their eyes or pockets. At this point I am thinking something would be better than nothing (but I won't tell them that......yet! )

We do have a time clock and badge system, which they do not want to replace. So I just need a program to do the leave tracking.

I am starting to get frustrated! Can anyone help me?

Your payroll system probably has the capability to track time off. Talk to your payroll staff and/or the system vendor.

You might contact Intellisys Corporation for information on FMLA Tracker. This product is inexpensive and easy to implement. Intellisys also offers NexTrak Absence and Leave System - a more robust solution for complete absence and leave policy automation.
But it sounds like FMLA Tracker is more suited to your budget. 423.510.9111 ask for Samantha Bayles.
