Cost of Performance Management - hosted solution

I'd like to hear from anyone who has investigated or purchased hosted
services for an employee performance management application (with 360
assessments, goal setting, review management, etc.) capabilities.

Specifically, I'd like to know what is cost per employee/per month and initial set-up fees, and any recommendations on applications, vendors, etc. Thank you!

The company I work for provides a system where you can host the software yourself and purchase the system up front, or pay a monthly leasing charge. I would be happy to provide you with more details

Have a look at E-appraisal from Halogen Software (www.halogensoftware.com). I've had success with other Halogen products including 360 and have achieved a huge ROI. I'm piloting the appraisal product at the moment and the costs are very low. You can also get it externally hosted. This way is generally much cheaper than in house, optimises server set up for the application, and you can be up and running in days.
