Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.

We're a mid-sized company looking to put our new hire forms (about 40 forms total) online. We want a new hire to fill them out and maintain their own info. Can someone suggest a good off-the-shelf product for this? I've glanced over Lawson and PeopleSofts's self-service tools, but wonder if that's too much functionality. Thanks

What is your current HR application? Are you looking for a bolt-on solution or functionality that already exists within your current HR system? It's difficult to answer this question without additional information.
