We are a small company (250 ee's) and are researching HRIS systems. We use ADP for payroll and are looking at the HR profile module that they offer. However, I just came across Soft-Q and they are much more inexpensive then other HRIS systems I have been able to find (about $375 for one user). I did the demo and it seems like a good HRIS system. Do any of you have any experience w/ Soft-Q? I know that Mgmt is going to like it because of the cost, but I want to make sure that we are also getting a quality product (not just a cheap one!). Any feedback is appreciated.
