Hello All,
I would love some advice.... My recruiting/staffing/consulting company is looking for a new Applcant Tracking System.... We are not a huge company... under 25 employees in 3 locations..... I've looked at numerous websites and am falling asleep..... Does anyone have any tips.... Here's what we need....
1. Not a web based system
2. A one time purchase fee (updates and add ons are OK)
3. Ability to handle 100,000 to a few million resumes in the DB
4. I want to own the product and not basically lease it.
I've got alot of other reqs but these are the most important. Anyone have any reccommendations??
