You should look at a company called Human Concepts. The name of the their application that can handle your request is called OrgPlus. I have had very good success with this solution, it's affordable and easy to use. www.humanconcepts.com

I work at a company and we have been using CDS organizational management solutions form Nakisa Inc. We have had great luck with this product. It creates dynamic organizational charts and visualizes all kinds of imformation, from employee to all kinds of analytical information. The best thing about it is that it is completely web-based. Since i am in IT i found that really helpful since there is no code on any client machine, enormously reducing implementation, maintenance and upgrade costs. I really recommend you check it out. Also, if you have peoplesoft or SAP system , they are certified software partners of both which has a great advantage in terms of investment leverage costs.Their website is www.nakisa. com |
