Hi, I am currently using Blue Pumpkin Enterprise to do Scheduling for my Inbound Contact Center of 100 agents. However the break management software provided by them, Activity Manager, is out of my budget. The license fee per FTE is not affordable as I am a cost based and my client is not agreeing for this.
Is there any cost effective software which can give me the solution for Real Time Break management?
