Hi,
I'm doing a study for my company about the possibility of using a workforce management software.
The aim is to make previsions, plannings and adherence better than they are right now and to make the hole process automatical
Our planner is loosing too much time in recurrent tasks and that kind of software would help her working on higher added value tasks
I'd like to know if you have experienced the kind of software we are looking for.
For the moment, I just have a list of names without a good knowledge of what's best : Calabrio, Planexa, Aspect, ...
We are a middle size contact center
Thanx

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to accomplish, but you might look at the HRMS workflow management solution from CORT Directions. It significantly speeds up HR and payroll tasks and can increase productivity.
