Hi all,
We are a small organisation with 300 employees. We are looking at using a Web Based Appraisal System. I have been looking at some products like halogen, mindsolve VP. Has anyone implemented Halogen's E appraisal? I would like to hear comments on the system and the likely cost of the software.
According to their website, they charge approx $34 per user. What other costs are invovled in this?

I've had success with other Halogen products achieving a huge ROI. I'm piloting the appraisal product at the moment and the costs are very low. You can also get it externally hosted. This way is generally much cheaper than in house, optimises server set up for the application, and you can be up and running in days.
