As part of a Masters in Nursing Education program I am working on a group project looking at orienation tracking systems. Could anyone lead me to Vendor(s) who might specialize in this type of application?
What we are invisioning would be able to track completion of competency and skills validations in a health care setting. I am aware of a Peoplesoft product, but am wondering what are other options. Thank you in advance for your help. |

I recently saw your request on Workforce Management regarding the ability to track completion of competency and skills validations in a health care setting. Although your request was posted in September, I'd still like to respond.
Online Employment Systems has a product that you might be interested in exploring. stafforientation.com(R) is a web-based delivery tool for orientations, handbooks, training, etc. that provides date-stamped acknowledgements and archived records. It is not an on-boarding process tool, rather a stand-alone product that delivers your specific information to your employees online. Content updates are flagged for review and new acknowledgements are date-stamped and archived as well.
