Does anybody have any experience with Affirmative Action software, i.e. the type that can assist in preparing plans? Obviously, I want something that will incorporate the 2000 census data and has the normal bells and whistles. Thanks in advance.

I bought some software back in 2001 from a company called Alexander & Associates in Newport Beach, CA. 949-644-5829. Total cost was, at that time, $2480. I had a plan in place within three days. It is a foxpro based program.

We recently purchased a suite of products from PeopleClick. Very affordable and allows for in-depth analysis against Census data by a number of cuts, including MSA, Zipcodes, etc.

You get the new 2000 census data and all the analyses and reports you need. Best part is, you only pay when you go to print your reports. $279 for the complete set of reports.
