Paperless Employee Files
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We would like to go to a paperless system for ALL employee files. Can anyone recommend best strategies, what to avoid, software to use?

We use 3.1 Sharpdesk software with Sharp Copiers. You buy so many File cabinets with user licenses. Each file cabinet has 6 drawers each with 26 folders. It's great.

Good morning,

I am responding to your request for a quote for HR software and technology to automate your employee files. The software, our HR Consulting firm, recommends is HROffice developed by Ascentis. It is a dynamic, user-friendly software that is ideal for small to mid-size companies. If you would like a quick ROI analysis, please do not hesitate to contact me at judi@hrconsults.com or call me at (814) 266-3818.

Have a great day!

There are two types of software available in the market - off-the-shelf products that can be customised to a certain extent and software fully customised to your requirements. Outsourcing your software/application development is a good idea to consider. Not only will you get an application ruuning accourding to your company model but also you'll have cost-cutting benefits. But the best part of outsourcing your application development is you'll get time to innovate new things.
