I have been asked to research into recruiting applications. I have used Brassring in the past, and it's a pretty good system. However, I've only been on the user end, and not actually implementing the system. I haven't contacted the sales dept. but I would imagine that it costs quit a bit of money. What other Recruiting support applications are out there that may not be as expensive as Brassring or Peoplesoft that you would recommend.

A little bit about the company. Small 150 aerospace company. Does have a dozen or so employees overseas in Europe. Mainly recruit for technical positions such as Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, etc. So far, the company utilizes Monster.com and post their ads in newspapers.

Any suggestions?
