My company has 400 employees and are currently evaluating the HR Systems from NuView, Perfect and Ascentis. I'm looking for any feedback on these companies and their products, either positive or negative, relative to functionality, reporting and implementation of the product.
This is the first HRIS system my organization is implementing and I want to make sure we choose the right product. Any input is greatly appreciated. |

My experience as a consultant is HR Office and Perfect software have a feature set for companies under 500 employees. Thus you might outgrow their functionality shortly depending on what your looking to accomplish. Nuview seems to have a more advanced feature set but you might also want to look at Humanic which has a great feature set which includes self-service at a fair price and Ultimate software which is a great product but tends to be pricey, thus you would need the budget for it. |

Would suggest that you look at Abra Suite's HRIS solution.
In addition, we have developed a HRIS Selection Checklist that you can download from our website (www.dresserassociates.com) or we can email it to you. It is a useful tool during the review & selection process of a new HRIS. |

Conyers562, All the vendors you mentioned provide a great solution for customers who have specific needs that their software meets. You may also want to extend your list a few more by taking a look at Abra and Midrange Software, Inc.
Most importantly make sure you provide the vendors with a list of your needs and scenarios of what you would like the software to do. Don't just go by what they show you. You maybe impressed with their demo, not their software. Good luck. |
