PeopleSoft HCM with SAP Financials

Looking for some advice from others in this position. We have PS HCM 8.3 so we need to "do something". We also have SAP for financials and getting lots of pressure to go to one platform especially in light of the Oracle acqusition. Interested to hear what other companies are doing, how do you solve the "these two don't play well together" complaint. I've never been a fan of SAP and still think they're behind PS in true HCM functionality but maybe someone here can change my mind.

We implemented SAP HCM in 2001 and it works very well for us. SAP has lots of functionality and has met most of our needs. If you already use SAP for your financials I believe you would find the integration with FICO excellent. Once the payroll is processed it's a simple step to post it through to FI and CO for reporting. My Company just upgraded to MySAP ERP and there is much functionality we haven't even tapped into yet, I think you should take another look at SAP before you make a decision.
