We are a small but growing consulting firm in the DC area and are in search of an applicant tracking database (the firm has never had one). We currently have about 120 employees but we'll probably be closer to 200 within the next 3-4 years. We recruit both recent grads and Ph.D. level candidates. We utilize ADP for payroll and will probably also look for an HRIS in the next couple of years, so something that will interface relatively easily would be ideal. We'd probably be open to either web-based or hosted products. If anyone has had any recent experience (positive and negative is helpful) with any products out there that they can share, I would appreciate the assistance...
