ADP Enterprise and BenX

We are looking to host Enterprise ourselves, with ADP hosting BenX. ADP tells us we have to write and maintain our own interfaces, but won't give us information about the data structures or record selection criteria to do the interface. Has anyone out there hosted Enterprise on your own and then used BenX? What was your experience developing the interface and maintaining it? Does this sound like a reasonable implementation strategy?

I've said it before, I'll say it again, but in private so I don't get sued. Be very, very, very careful when using ADP. You may read anything you like into that. If you are using their service, they have an obligation to provide you with a specification for the interface. What are you supposed to do, dream it up? Make it up? Who are you dealing with? If it's sales, tell them no contract until you see a spec. If it's their implementation resource, hound them day and night until you get one and there's no taking NO for an answer.
