HRMS Customer Satisfaction?

I am in IT at a non-profit and we are currently evaluating vendors for a global HRMS. The vendors we are looking at are:
Ultimate Software
Ceridian
Oracle
SAP
Anyone out there aware of objective 3rd party customer satisfaction reports on these vendors, or where I might look?

I tried Gartner, but with not much success. THANKS!

Have you tried Towers, Watson & Wyatt or Mercers? The other option might be to hope online and search the HR blogs and see if there have been any reviews. Check out http://www.specht.com.au/HRBlogs.opml for a listing of blogs by category.
