I would recommend a software that has the ability to integrate with your other internal software application, for example, payroll. Also, a technology solution which does not only store employee data but can also manage your employee benefits and reporting requirements. Please contact me if you would like to discuss your options further. We are an HR consulting firm committed to delivering you the tools you need to manage your HR administrative tasks freeing you to concentrate on strategic issues and organizational development making your firm more competitive in today's market.

EmpXtrack has a training and development module which helps in evaluating the current level of an employee for various Competencies and Skills which are relevant to his/her job. Gap analysis between the devised and current levels yields an indication of the training needs for each employee. The software creates an Enterprise-Wide, a comprehensive picture of Competencies and Skill gaps which can be drilled down online to functional /departmental/individual level. It also maintains a record of the training imparted to each employee year after year for development of Competencies and Skills.
More Information can be sought from the product website.
