I currently use ADP's EZ Labor Manager in conjunction with Pay Expert for payroll. The only problem I have with it to date is the synchronization of the clocks between employees who use their computers for clocking in and out, and employees who use the time clocks. We run a difference between 2 - 5 minutes between the two and have not been able to fix it to date. It's been about 2 years now. But, it is a very user-friendly system that's easy to manage as well. With recent upgrades to Pay Expert, the 2 systems now interface and double entry of information is not necessary. You can also opt to have wages hidden in the EZ Labor system if you want.

We found this company. HourDoc.com. Working great so far. It is web based so we don't need clocks and it works with our payroll system.
