I am trying to find a good way to track the following:
regular and overtime pay vs. staffing levels vs. product scheduled vs. product produced.

I need to find out what staffing levels are necessary for certain production levels and will the company still be profitable? where is the best ratio. Any examples or anythign to point me in the right direction would be great
