Word Listing for Language Checker

Our organization is preparing to deploy an automated performance management module. One feature of the module is a language checker, that allows a manager to check the performance evaluation and narrative text for words that might be deemed to be legally inappropriate or otherwise questionable.

Does anyone have a pre-existing listing of words that we could start from - and add to or modify, according to our specific needs?
