We have been using a customized cadet applicant tracking system for the last 15 years. It is written in Natural on the ADABAS platform. We currently have a scannable application form and collect test scores from a variety of scanned and key-entered inputs. We no longer have the programming resources to maintain the system so we are starting to pound the pavement to look for a web-based solution. Can you recommend (preferably) canned software that might meet the following needs?

It must work with Windows and Novell. It must include the ability to perform the following (at a minimum): application prescreening for five minimum qualifications; letter generation to up to 15,000 applicants at a time; and tracking test results from the written exam, physical ability test, interview, psychological screening, medical examination, background investigation, and invitation to the Academy. Recruitment and hiring statistics are also needed.

check out this solution www.meta4usa.com or their US joint venture company www.meta4usa.com ... the architecture is web based and would accomodate the volume and activities needed...
