If cost is a major concern, I would recommend HRN (Performance Pro):
http://www.hrnonline.com/ When we tested various systems and interviewed vendors, HRN came out on top, because their pricing structure is much more user-friendly than any other we've encountered. (For example, they are about half of what onCore charges.) The HRN system works great for us, because we were looking for something that is hosted on the web. This allows all of our employees to access the system just about anytime from anywhere. And unlike some of the other vendors, HRN didn't charge any hosting service fees. Finally, they have all the features that everyone else has, but we really liked their muli appraiser feature, which means that several managers (or employees) can appraise one person...kind of like 360. For what it's worth. |
