Hi! Working in Corporate staffing at a large MNC in Japan, we do not currently have any ATS in place. I am looking at researching a number of vendors who can provide a service in both English and Japanese. Currently, we are using an excel database, which is outgrowing its limits.

I see our key needs as below:

-Tracking of applicant data and resumes, as well as process.
(At present yearly applicants would only be a few hundred)
-Since we currently use Agencies as our major source, software which would allow application resumes to be sent directly to system (if possible)
-Ability to provide basic data and measurements such as summaries, costs, etc
-Future ability to incorporate other options, such as in-company talent managemnet tracking, etc.

As an additional note, we may be looking at an overhaul of a total HR IS solution in the mid-term future, so easy data transfer would also help. This also means that it must be a system that we have the option of ending easily and also be of low cost.

Any advice or help on possible vendors would be great!
